Redefining how coffee lovers connect through a digital-first experience.
Context:
Nescafé aimed to engage a younger audience while maintaining its bond with longtime coffee enthusiasts. My challenge was to design a social platform that told the brand’s story, fostered community, and encouraged user-generated content.
Through extensive user research and iterative design, I created an intuitive experience that allowed users to share coffee moments, trace their coffee’s origins, and participate in immersive AR/VR exhibitions. These features increased brand engagement, social interactions, and community participation, strengthening Nescafé’s digital presence.
